EXHIBIT DATE AND TIME

  

Exhibit hours are scheduled from 7 a. m. – 1:15 p.m.. There will be exclusive viewing time scheduled from noon to 1:10 p.m.  Set-up time takes place early the morning of the conference. Exhibiting will take place in the main hall of the museum, where the large Colorado map is displayed on the floor.


LOCATION

The conference will be held at the History Colorado Center. Information about shipments of materials prior to the conference will be shared in the follow up.

EXHIBIT FEES

 Table space is $400.  If you are a non-profit organization exhibit will cost $200. Exhibit area includes a 6’ x 30” table with skirting.  Electrical hookups, 110 volts, are available.

EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATION

 After receiving the exhibit code from Scott Finholm or Jenny Pettit please complete the registration form. Make sure you include company name and representative names (who will tend the table) for the conference program on the form. Pay online or send a check payable to Colorado Council for the Social Studies and mail to PO Box 2623, Colorado Springs CO 80901.  All exhibit reservations and payments should be submitted no later than February 6, 2023.  Space is VERY limited.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM ADVERTISING

The conference program will be electronic this year and will provide an excellent opportunity for you to receive added exposure and to update a key audience of preK-16 educators on your newest and most important products and services.  The program will guide participants through the conference with listings of concurrent sessions, maps, meals, and, of course, exhibitor information.
